Tai Chi: Intermediate

Tai Chi is designed to help increase muscle and cardiovascular strength; help improve balance, joint flexibility and posture and support mental health. This class focuses on advanced warm-ups, the complete Modified Tai Chi Chuan Short Form (Yang Style) and additional Qi Gong exercises. Students are required to complete the beginner class prior to participating. Fee includes six sessions. Sessions are on Sundays beginning on September 25 through October 30.
