Tai Chi: Intermediate

Tai Chi is back in the All Seasons Garden! Tai Chi is designed to help increase muscle and cardiovascular strength; help improve balance, joint flexibility and posture and support mental health. This class focuses on advanced warm-ups, the complete Modified Tai Chi Chuan Short Form (Yang Style) and additional Qi Gong exercises. Students are required to complete the beginner class prior to participating. Fee includes 6 sessions. Sessions are on Sundays beginning on September 11 through October 17.
