Tai Chi: Intermediate

The practice of Tai Chi/Qigong is well known for building strength, flexibility and improving balance. The gentle flowing practice also helps with developing skills for achieving peace and calmness inherent to the practice. Weather permitting, practice will be conducted outside.

Beginners are most welcome to join the first session of the day where techniques and moves will be taught and practiced together for those new to Tai Chi/Qigong. The second session of the day will be tailored to those with prior experience in the practice of Tai Chi/Qigong.
