The practice of Qigong is well known for building strength, flexibility and improving balance. The gentle flowing practice also helps with developing skills for achieving peace and calmness inherent to the practice. This practice is great for both beginners and those with previous experience.
Be sure to bring water and wear comfortable clothing to class. This program includes 6 sessions from October 29 - December 17. There will be no class on November 12 or December 3.
**This class is replacing the Tai Chi classes that we offered prior to April of 2023 due to an instructor change. If you have taken a “Tai Chi” class in June or July of 2023, the instructors and format will be the same. We have changed the title to more accurately represent the content of the class.**
