A Bioblitz is an event that explores and documents the biodiversity of a specific area in a short amount of time. At this event, we will be observing and identifying all the plants and animals that inhabit the Red Barn Reserve. We will see everything from birds, insects, wildflowers, macro invertebrates and more! This event is a celebration of the research and citizen science opportunities The Dawes Arboretum has to offer! Come learn how you can be a part of The Arboretum’s efforts as a volunteer. Naturalists of all experience levels and ages are welcome to participate in the BioBlitz!
