Join reiki practitioner, life coach and intuitive guide Courtney Churry of Pathbreaker LLC for a contemplative and centering time amongst the serene Dawes landscape. During this class you will be given the opportunity to recognize how different settings and environments can impact your mind, body and spirit. Courtney will guide you in learning gentle ways you can tune in to your nervous system to notice how these varying spaces shift your internal atmosphere. You will leave with a greater awareness in noticing how different places may affect you in a positive or negative way and with tools to help mitigate the sensations and feelings in times where you may not be able to remove yourself completely.
